While I did initially have problem with the blower. A simple adjustment by the dealer made everything run smooth. After using the "beast" for three months now and over 80" of snow fall so far this winter. Believe me this is the best snowblower on the market. I can take on snow as deep as the opening and throw it 40' while leaving bare pavement behind me. My neighbors said this machine was over kill, but truth is, they all stop to watch the show when this beast comes out to blow snow.
